Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Bali Little Gifts, your satisfaction means everything to us.

Because each product is made especially for you, we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy while maintaining the quality and integrity of our personalized products.


Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products are made-to-order and personalized.

This means:

  • Each item is created specifically for you

  • We do not keep ready stock

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Changes & Cancellation

You may request changes or cancellation:

👉 Within 2 hours of placing your order

After this time:

  • Orders enter production

  • Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible

During peak seasons, modification requests may take longer to process.


Refunds & Free Replacements

We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • Item is significantly different from your order confirmation

  • Order is lost in transit (with valid tracking evidence)

👉 You are not required to return the item in these cases.

We may request photo or video proof to verify the issue.


Time Limit for Claims

All claims must be submitted within:

👉 30 days from the delivery date

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Package marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Customer unavailable at time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Personal reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.)

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by customer

  • Dissatisfaction with size, color, or design expectations

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and size charts before ordering.


Replacement with Partial Fee

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement at a reduced cost, including:

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address

This allows us to support you while covering production costs.


How to File a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Full delivery address

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method


Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy
